What is Truth?

Since this small page cannot possibly handle this vast subject we will submit to you some of our basic understandings of truth for you to consider.

1. Truth is unified and orderly, not disconnected and chaotic.

2. Truth is discovered and revealed, not created by human effort.

3. Truth is congruent with reality it is not simply a product of human thought.

4. Truth is objective not relative.

5. Truth is universal not cultural.

6. Truth is specific not pluralistic

7. Truth is knowable by all

8. Truth is both personal and propositional

9. Truth preceeds language

10. Truth is not evaluated based on it's practicality
